Youth Minister Vacancy
Hours: Full Time (37.5 per week) or Part Time (minimum 20 per week) or open to discussion depending on the applicant.
Salary – £26-28k p.a. FTE (depending on experience) + 10% into CofE pension

Description of the job:
We are an Anglican church in the Diocese of Rochester.
- We’re looking for someone with a passion for youth ministry and a heart to reach young people beyond the church community with the good news of Jesus.
- You will be a dynamic leader for our youth ministry. Someone who loves Jesus and loves seeing young people come to faith and grow in their faith.
- You will be committed to developing a vision, building teams, training others and delivering an exciting and fun youth ministry that young people want to be a part of.
This is a new paid staff role and builds on the great work of our dedicated volunteer children’s and youth teams at St Paul with All Saints over many years. The role will require elements of building on existing ministries and pioneering new ones both inside and outside the church in our community.
